DUNFERMLINE youngster Callum Smith has been rewarded for his fine form in the Ladbrokes Championship with a call-up to the Scotland U19’s squad.
Smith has been in excellent form for the Pars having picked up their in-house Player of the Month award for August. The 17-year-old carried his brilliant form into the month of September, prompting Scots boss Donald Park to add him to his pool of players for the October friendlies against France.
Rangers goalkeeper and fellow 360 Sports client Aidan McAdams has also been called up for the double-header against Ludovic Batelli’s Blues. McAdams has been a regular in the Rangers Development Squad since his summer arrival from Celtic and will look to continue his impressive run of games in the International Challenge Matches next month.
Scotland U19’s will use the challenge matches as preparation for the Euro Qualifying Round in November against Luxembourg, Armenia and Czech Republic.
